Welcome to the Technology Support Page
Our standard support hours of operation are 8:30 am to 9:30 pm Monday to Friday.
If you need immediate help between the hours of 8:30 AM to 9:30 PM Monday to Friday (not including University of Toronto holidays), with:
- Faculty of Information room technology assistance
- Meeting conferencing support, virtual classes and/or remote guest speakers
- Internet and/or audio video assistance such as projectors and screens
- Office 365
- Quercus and other UofT services
- Authenticating to UofT services such as WiFi or VPN
- Printing
- Troubleshooting a laptop/desktop or monitor
- Computer security concerns
- Finding the right help resource for your issue
- Assistance with providing technology accommodations in the classroom

If you need non urgent help, or if you are experiencing issues outside of the hours of 8:30am to 9:30pm:
- Assistance with IT equipment for your research lab or classroom project
- A non urgent computer or AV issue
- A non urgent classroom or teaching request
- A non urgent printing or office computing request
